I graduated as valedictorian in 2007 from Paint Rock Valley High School. 

From 2007-2008, I attended the University of North Alabama and then transferred to Wallace State Community College where I received my Associate's degree in 2009. 

I went on to Athens State University in 2009 and in 2012 I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in science with my major being in Biology.

I plan to pursue a higher education in Biological science to hopefully teach in junior college one day.



2012- I did my student teaching at Woodville High School, where I was also the assistant softabll coach.

2012-2013- I taught 7th grade Life Science at New Hope Elementary School, where I also coached the 7th & 8th grade girls basketball team.

2013-2014- I taught science at Huntland High School.

2014-2017- I taught science at Paint Rock Valley High School, where I coached the varisty girls basketball team for 3 years.

2017-present- I am now at Skyline High School and I am loving it here! :) I am coaching JH and JV girls basketball and I am the assistant softball coach.



I live in the valley with my husband, Michael, and our son, Zion. We have 2 dogs (Luke and Nukka) and a cat (Chess). I love kayaking and fishing. I really want to go to Alaska some day and hopefully move there.
