We are a Tier 1 automotive supplier located in Hollywood, Alabama just across from the Tech School, next to the TVA building. We are in a period of growth where we expect our staff size to double over the next 12 months. We currently run on a straight eight schedule 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. 6 A.M. - 2 P.M.    1st Shift 

2 P.M. - 10 P.M.  2nd Shift 

10 P.M. - 6 A.M.  3rd Shift 

 

The hiring process starts with applying with Elwood Staffing, they have 2 locations one in FortPayne, the other in Albertville. You can create an online profile and apply online through their website elwoodstaffing.com. Once an employee completes 100 days through Elwood, they can expect to be hired on full time with KTNA. Starting full time rates as followed, accompanied with Free Health, Dental, Vision, and short term disability. 

 

1st - $13.30

2nd - $13.80

3rds - $14.30
