I’m excited to begin my second year at Stevenson Middle School and continue growing as part of this amazing community. I hold an Associate in Science from Snead State Community College (2022), a Bachelor of Science in Social Studies Education from Jacksonville State University (2024), and earned my Middle School Math Certification in (2025). I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Instructional Technology to further enhance my ability to support and engage all learners.

This year, I have the privilege of teaching 7th grade math. I’m passionate about helping students see the value and relevance of mathematics in their daily lives and future careers. My goal is to build a strong foundation in math skills while encouraging critical thinking and confidence that will benefit students far beyond the classroom.

Outside of teaching, I enjoy serving as the Assistant Basketball Coach and Sub Bus Driver, which allows me to connect with students in different ways. I’m also a proud husband to my wife, Tamren, who is a bus driver at North Jackson High School and a substitute teacher. We have two incredible sons, JB, who is a senior this year, and Ethan, who is 15.

It’s a great year to be a Panther, and I look forward to another meaningful year of growth, learning, and community at Stevenson Middle!
