Mrs. Kim Deerman
Hello, my name is Kim Deerman. I began teaching at Dutton in 1992.
Before coming to Dutton, I taught at Macedonia, Pisgah, and Section.
I attended Caldwell Elementary School in grades 1-4, Page Elementary School in grades 5-6, Scottsboro Junior High in grades 7-8, and Scottsboro High School in grades 9-12. After high school, I attended Northeast State Community College. From there, I transferred to the University of North Alabama (UNA) and earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I earned my Master's Degree from Alabama A&M University.
I am married to Russ Deerman. We have two children, Emily and Jacob.
