Hello! My name is Angie Fowler. I have been teaching here at Dutton since 2016.  My teaching  career began at Section High School in 2008 as the Indian Education teacher. The next year, I was hired to teach 6th grade. I have taught a variety of subjects and grade levels as well as worked as a graduation coach throughout my career as a teacher. 

My husband, Dewade, and I have 2 children. They both attended school at Dutton from kindergarten through 8th grade. Casey is married with a baby expected to arrive in March 2022, and Kayla is engaged to be married in June 2022. 

I obtained my Associate's Degree from Northeast Alabama Community College, my Bachelor's Degree from Athens State University, and my Master's Degree from The University of West Alabama. 

I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with my family in my spare time. My biggest accomplishment as a teacher is when my students come back and tell me things they remember that I taught them.
