I was born and raised in Scottsboro, Alabama, and my family continues to live there today. I have been blessed with two beautiful and precious children. My son, Holland, was born in 2006, and my daughter, Tess, came along in 2007. I was fortunate to be a stay-at-home mom the eight years before returning to the classroom in 2014. (Prior to that I taught for eleven years at Lee High School in Huntsville and Scottsboro High School.) I am thrilled to be at North Jackson and have loved getting to know my amazing students and co-workers. Go Chiefs!
