• scroll Our club was chartered in 1939 under Stevenson High School. The SHS charter was transferred to NJHS in 1988. As a Beta Club, we complete approximately 2,500-2,700 service hours as a group and individually each year. We have been awarded 18 National Beta scholarships, an Alabama Beta Council Scholarship, and awarded over $30,000.00 to our own members locally. We have a national championship award and many state awards in academics and arts. We are also the largest organization on campus.
